The decision to select the new vans was based on their superior payload and spacious working area in the rear. This upgrade allows our Hose Technicians to carry a larger inventory, thus enhancing our ability to support clients with a broader range of hose replacement requirements. As a result, we anticipate a significant increase in our first-fix rate, ensuring a more efficient service for our customers.
